Kitchen:

  • Appliances: Bosch fridge with ice maker, 3 tier full size dishwasher, oversize sink with garbage disposal, full size stove and oven, and sharp drawer microwave.

  • Fully stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking needs such as pots/pans, utensils, dinnerware, sugar, spices, olive, vinegar etc.

  • Nespresso machine with small amount of pods will be provided upon arrival. If you would like to bring extra please purchase vertuo-line compatible.

  • Drip coffee machine

  • Blender

  • Electric grill

  • Toaster oven/ air fryer

Living/dining

  • Dining table set for four, can seat six

  • Modern sectional couch and 65 inch screen TV connected to all streaming services

Bedrooms

  • All bedding provided.

  • All equipped with dressers and hanging clothing space.

Bathrooms

  • 1st floor: Stall style shower with oversized showerhead and removable handheld.

  • 3rd floor: Shower tub combo with oversized showerhead and removable handheld.

  • 2 blow dryers provided

  • Bath towels provided

Balcony

  • Balcony off of the kitchen overlooking fort pond, best for morning coffee and sunset views.

Laundry in unit

  • Full size washer dryer is located on the first floor of the unit.

  • Please shake out sand prior to washing beach towels.

  • Clothing rack to hang clothes.

Beach access:

  • Across the street there are 2 entrances to access the beach.

  • To the left across from sands motel there is an entrance with stairs.

  • To the right access through the path on the dunes.

Beach supplies:

  • 6 beach chairs

  • Cooler

  • Assorted beach games
